Pros

Different topics every week, no regurgitating the same stuff day in, day out. Team like a well-oiled machine —everyone knows what to do and pitches in to make sure deadlines are met. Managers with no desire to control every little thing. Exposure to publishing tools and digital workflows. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Can be rough during trade event seasons because the workload increases sharply.

Pros

There’s no shortage of interesting tasks and projects here. I'm happy with all the exposure to industry trends, market data, and product launches. Also, I've had opportunities to interact with manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, and executives, which has helped me gain a much deeper understanding of business operations. The focus is on accuracy and professionalism, so you never have to worry about micromanagement.

Cons

If you find it hard to work independently, you’ll probably not like it here.
