After growing to a certain level, there comes a hurdle due to the firm's size Still a small law firm with no big corporate clients

Attorneys had an open door policy, even though I was only there for a summer, I always felt like I could speak to any attorney even if they were not on my team. The dress code is business casual.

No cons that I can think of, except the work at the firm is niche niche, so you won't see a variety of work.
