Pros
RVI offers great compensation and benefits. It is a smaller company with very friendly, professional employees. Colleagues are very hard-working and the management promotes a very positive corporate culture. I enjoy my projects and have a great manager that is very eager to teach.
Cons
Not really many cons besides the usual stresses of a job and a heavier workload. While the employees are friendly, there can be a lack of interaction between departments which detracts from a sense of camaraderie.
