Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, great diversity programs, excellent work life balance, and some really great coworkers
Cons
Constant shifts to major business priorities. Leaders responsible for failures never seem to lose their jobs, but their failures result in layoffs. Layoffs then result in offloading work onto other employees, who don’t receive any compensation or recognition for that work. Large attrition due to these problems. It’s an endless cycle of frustration. The company has shifted from virtual work to hybrid or fully onsite, making remote employees basically ineligible for promotions unless they relocate.
