Pros

- An intelligent company that understands and embraces remote work - Some of the kindest and most talented people I've ever worked with - Encouragement from leadership to pursue new ideas and build on them - A dynamic cross-section of assignments spanning different mediums - Team and company wide recognition of employee achievements - Generous PTO

Cons

I miss the team off-sites. It was such a warm and memorable experience to see your teammates and connect over food and drink.

Pros

Supportive Culture & People: The best part of RVO Health is the people I get to interact with everyday. It’s a collaborative environment where colleagues genuinely want to see each other succeed. Employee Impact Groups (EIGs): The EIGs make our company culture strong and inclusive. They are highly active and well-supported. Respect for Innovation: Since the company is consistently evolving, innovation is encouraged.

Cons

-Leadership Disconnect: While Senior Leadership does provide regular updates and communications, there is a lingering sense of "disconnect" between SLT and the rest of the people.

Pros

None come to mind under the new leadership.

Cons

New leadership came in without a real understanding of how hospital systems operate or how their budgets are structured, creating a fundamental disconnect between what the business is selling and what clients actually need. Clients are starting to realize they are essentially handing over marketing dollars that go straight to Google, and many are choosing to cut out the middleman rather than renew or grow partnerships. Nepotism is alive and well, with a significant number of people holding positions based on relationships rather than qualifications, which destroys morale and makes it nearly impossible to feel like hard work is recognized. Quarterly layoffs have become routine and talk of missing budget is constant, making any sense of job security or career growth nearly impossible.
