Pros
Coworkers & direct management are great people who care even if executive leadership doesn’t. Benefits are fine but not good.
Cons
Constant layoffs, there’s nothing you can do to prevent potentially being impacted. Leadership can and will lay off people who can’t be replaced and expect you to pick up the pieces.
