      I searched for a suitable company to work for, and they gave me the means. They offered a good pay package along with a variety of benefits. This is why I liked to work with them.

      It might take a while for new staff to fit in, but the results are worth it.

      Pros

      The pay was good. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment. Owner is an anti-social bully. Very high employee turnover rate because he screams and cusses at the least issue. Low quality builder. Sales team is encouraged to be hostile towards clients when they disagree with how their homes are being built. Employees are frightened of the owner and will turn on each other to stay in his good graces. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
