RVision Homes has been the best place I have worked so far. This place is excellent and has been a great learning experience for me. I learn new things daily and would highly recommend this company to everyone. I love this company.

The pay was good. Decent benefits.

Hostile work environment. Owner is an anti-social bully. Very high employee turnover rate because he screams and cusses at the least issue. Low quality builder. Sales team is encouraged to be hostile towards clients when they disagree with how their homes are being built. Employees are frightened of the owner and will turn on each other to stay in his good graces. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
