Pros
Small Company with tons of exposure to other teams Good Benefits Package Unlimited PTO Clear Leadership with Michelle Knight and proper vision. This is a great company for someone who can work with ambiguity and loose structure.
Cons
Understaffed for the volume which didn’t allow for proper training. Wholesale Changes happened and there was a lack of proper training for all the parties involved. Expectations to perform like veteran staff while learning multiple systems that the company has not yet acclimated to. Seen many people “move on” while in the middle of work because they didn’t meet an ambiguous expectation. Lacks real diversity Employees seem to be hiding from each other when it comes to collaboration.
