Pros
It's a small corporation, so it's not difficult to know other employees. Compensation is great.
Cons
Employees are treated according to the whims of the executive officers. No matter the work ethic. If they "like" you, they will treat you as such, provide promotions and bonuses. If they don't you could be subjected to verbal abuse, fired at their whims, and otherwise mistreated.
