      Flexible work arrangements, working from home, global teams

      Cons

      Lack of cohesion between different teams, each team does their own thing, there's plenty of duplication of work. Annual bonuses and substantial pay rises have been non-existent for some time, colleagues in cheaper working locations are promoted over colleagues in more expensive locations

      Decent paying side job, flexible hours

      Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
