      •Work/Life Balance • Flexible Schedule - by far the best Pro; choose your own hours, as long as you meet weekly expectations for hours work and production. • Decent Pay • Good communication (dependent on the Team and client, but good overall)

      Cons

      • No working on weekends (used to be a thing, and made flexibility and work life balance even better) • Only part time • No benefits • Little opportunity for growth • Constantly changing guidelines not always communicated well between client and management

      Decent paying side job, flexible hours

      Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
