      It's remote. You can work anywhere and anytime (with some caveats, see the cons)

      Cons

      Lack of tasks, the pay depends on how much tasks you've completed, there's also a maximum time limit on how long you do one task, and the paychecks are usually late about 1-2 weeks.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
