      Pros

      Flexible work environment, fully remote in some areas of the company. Personable, professional and fun colleagues. Good opportunities for moving to different roles within company. Great vacation time if you work here long enough.

      Cons

      Not using cutting edge tools and technology for employees day to day work. Salaries are not as high as they should be based on market. Lots of layoffs over last few years. Few raises.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
