      Genuinely *seem* willing to listen and improve

      Cons

      Yet another pay freeze - the CEO essentially said in a recent all-hands call that employees are free to leave if we are not happy with the constant pay cuts in real terms. "tech-first" company is 100% accurate with little regard for the humans. Nothing seem to ever get better, just more and more and more work.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
