Management are negative and can behave very unprofessionally Have witnessed and been subject to bullying and targeting behaviour Workload is very heavy and monotonous! If mistakes are made, management will find a way to blame those in lower positions Communication between and within departments is poor No chance for progression - managers are very comfortable in their positions and are getting rid of their own work to disable progression of their team members.
