Pros

Overtime is paid and the managers in my team have always been very respectful if someone didn't want to do overtime. The environment is rather friendly, mostly young people. Never heard about bullying employees.

Cons

The location is not for everyone, you have to live in a town nearby for it to pay off. Not many options for having your lunch out. Extremely flat company structure gives very little chance to get promoted - unless your team lead resigns and you happen to be the second longest working employee. No bonuses (except for Christmas voucher) and very few events organised and relatively low salary (compared to other companies in the area), which is partially made up for by the fact that you don't have to work long hours if you don't want to. The job can get very stressful, but not more than at other companies from the industry.

Pros

Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

Cons

The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.

Pros

Decent paying side job, flexible hours

Cons

Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
