Pros

I work at HR so I understand many of you guys may take my review as biased. but I'll try to be honest here. Yes, not everything is perfect and lot of things can be improved but I worked in many other companies (both private corporations and in public sector) and I simply like it here. Plus when there are changes, it is usually for better. Difficult projects = sometimes hard, overtimes, can be stressful, but it let you grow. Great people (at least in my team) and very pleasant company culture with a human touch = less corporate mumbo jumbo, emphasis on nice CSR projects, good internal communication and recognition of individual's progress Company grows, is recognized and praised by its clients (global IT firms) = stability (also financial one) despite the current Covid situation Interesting field of work and understandable products (you help people understand latest SW inventions and ideas in their own langague). International environement, clever colleagues.

Cons

Fast growth, acquisitions of new companies = less organized, requires flexibility and ability to adapt to changes quickly. Some large projects arrive on a short notice, requiring a lot of time = leads to overtimes (it always comes in waves). All this is quite ok with me but can be a "no" for people seeking nine to five job with clear structure, processes and predicatability.

Pros

Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

Cons

The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
