I am responsible for providing technical management of IT operations support for US, Argentina and Colombia offices, ensuring that agreed service levels are met and all relevant procedures are adhered to. Further, I ensure that incidents and service requests are dealt with promptly to the satisfaction of end-users and that are handled according to agreed procedures. As the Branch Security Manager, I am also in control of checking and improving countermeasures for HR security, physical security and IT security areas acting as a central point of contact. Moreover I am in charge of local procurement, asset management, installation, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance and effective use of IT infrastructure components.
