      Excellent working environment. Good bonuses. Great place to learn in an organized manner.

      Cons

      Salaries are nor in line with market value in pesos. Seniority levels should be more realistic. They believe 2 years is healthy to have a revision, but the amount of work you're already doing in your current category is already a lot.

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
