Pros
The cross collaboration between teams has seen a huge improvement in recent years. They find a way to always hire the right people. Makes it much easier to go to work everyday knowing you have a group of people around ready to support you.
Cons
While they offer flex hours, depending on your department and position, it can be hard to really make the most of that benefit. That’s just the nature of the business though. They still try to accommodate you as much as possible.
