      Pros

      Being a search quality rater means having flexible schedule and it's a remote job. Not to mention, that the minimum required hours is 5.

      Cons

      The downsides of being a SQR is that the pay is dismal ($15/hr), most of the tasks will only have an AET of 1-3 minutes, and this position is only a part-time contract job position.

      Decent paying side job, flexible hours

      Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
