High turnover rate due to folks quitting left and right Terrible work/life balance During my multi years tenure I witnessed more employees leave than anywhere else. It was harrowing when folks on my team and adjacent teams suddenly left with no warning. We were left to fend for ourselves and the projects we were managing with little to no intervention from management (until the higher-higher ups intervened). Deadlines were hard to meet due to other departments' own issues.
