      Pros

      Even though this is a multinational company, they take the Dutch working culture into account. Besides that they do not ignore our yearly feedback about working conditions.

      Cons

      It is very slow to get a new laptop when you start to work here. IT team is not that flexible about different setups.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
