      - great colleagues and friendly atmosphere in general - relative freedom in work and work/file balance - autonomy - almost unlimited home-office (in most teams)

      Cons

      - pay was really low - upper management often does horrible decisions - sometimes they randomly fire a bunch of people

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
