      Pros

      Free Coffee, relatively quiet, usually able to get what I needed from IT or management to do my job

      Cons

      Constant misdirection by management and intentional obfuscation of information by internal leadership. “I was told not to tell anyone” happened too often Hybrid became fully in office without any discussion Compensation was below market average Advancement opportunities used as a “carrot on a stick”

      Pros

      Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

      Cons

      Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

      Cons

      Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
