      Pros

      A well organized company that has lots of potential for growth in the future. Office location and layout, work-life balance, and management were all excellent. As a small company, it gave lots of opportunity for independence and exploration in marketing projects which made it easy to grow as an individual.

      Cons

      RYCOR has a great product and business, it just needs to grow more to be competitive with the major players.

      Pros

      Rycor makes you feel like you are more than an employee. There is always innovation on its way,: from a new feature to a brand new project, excitement is the keyword on this company. !

      Cons

      Since we have clients in the U.S sometimes we have to work during canadian statutory holidays BUT Management always make sure that you get rewarded with an extra vacation day and a delicious lunch.
