This was the best company I had ever worked for. The pay was great, the benefits were fantastic, and the work environment was ideal. As employees, we were greatly respected and valued.

The coworkers I met during the interview process were very friendly.

The president is a bully. He does not trust employees to carry out their jobs. He creates a hostile work culture as he demands your time on nights and weekends and during the work day. The company does not have a developed HR department. HR takes orders from the President. There is no formal onboarding or offboarding process. When offboarded, they do not send information about when benefits end, final paycheck, etc. They simply ask for their computer back. The company also does not do its due diligence. I went through 5 interviews only to be terminated after one week because I needed to leave 30 - 45 minutes early 16 times over 9 months to attend class for an MBA program. This information was disclosed during the interview process, on my resume, on my portfolio website, and on LinkedIn.
