The project load is varied and extensive, so no 2 days are alike. Our clients are in a diverse field of industries and markets, making the job both challenging and exciting because there is always something new to learn and there are unique problems to solve. The flexibility and work-life balance are unmatched and management truly believes that family comes first. They treat each employee as a responsible adult and let them manage their time as they see fit, so long as their work is being completed satisfactorily. I have never been happier with the kind of work I've been able to do, the diversity and excitement of that work, the environment I get to do the work in, or the people I get to do it with.
