      Pros

      I enjoy the fact that Racemi provides every employee a work from home day. The culture is laid-back, but the employees are very driven and knowledgeable regarding cutting edge technology.....GREAT CULTURE!

      Cons

      I have been employed with Racemi a little over 2 months and I am still in the learning stage, but as an Accountant familiar with the technology industry, there are various accounting systems and sometimes it takes a little time to familiarize yourself with new systems.

      Family environment in an exciting space. Flexibility and autonomy empowers employees to be creative and think outside the box. Amazing culture, greatest tech in the whole wide world

      Pros

      Small company with a family feel where every employee is valued. Company leadership is strong and company direction is well communicated to employees - even as that direction evolves based on market demands. Across the board, the highest caliber of co-workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There's not always time to do everything you would like to get done because of the agile environment; however, management does a great job of prioritizing what must be done.
