      Pros

      Absolutely nothing !!! yes but you get ample of coffee to drink whole day ;)

      Cons

      1. The management has no vision and mission they work like donkeys and want their employees to do the same. 2. The senior most ppl the so called "GURUS" of the company do not let anyone grow with their dirty politics. 3. The company is bankrupt when it come to paying money but otherwise the owners have ample of money for their parties. salaries are never every on time. 4. It feels like you are between a bunch of ppl who are struggling day and night to successed making other de-moralized. 5. no job security 6. I believe the other good reviews written here are manipulated and written by the management them self

      Pros

      1. You can learn lots of new things coz managements requirements will change every day. 2. Environment was ok but now too much politics is their.

      Cons

      1. You will never treat as employee. 2. Whenever management needs you they will be nice with you but when your appraisal day will come near they will start ignoring you. 3. At the time of joining management will promise you that they will give you 100% or 50% hike but in actul they will give you 10 or 20%. 4.They will say that sat and sun off but in actual they will ask you to come sat also. 5.If you join here they will make you forget your self respect and beg for appraisal.

      1. Learn lots of new things 2. Nice work atmosphere 3. work life balance 4. After every 15 days there is Joy of work like Games,Poster competition

      Distance is too far from my Sweet Home
