1. No career network growth, 2. Max 2 yrs is enough to learn what is inside the plant, 3. Salary hike, incentives, and gratuity are very low compared to other equivalent competent racking companies. So the thought of long-term working is gone. 4. Compulsory one has to work on OT every day. If an emergency, permissions are given but 9.00 AM-8.00 PM MON-SAT is quite difficult in the production department. Wok life balance will get affected. 5. Not recommended for an experienced employee in the production department maybe exception in design and marketing department.
