Lovely and dedicated staff. Creative atmosphere. Lovely to interact with the students and see them grow and develop.
Cons
Expected to work very long hours which is not reflected in the salary package, no rewards package. Poor remuneration. Teams can work in silos. Management team incompetent and refuse to make decisions. Staff are expected to have no life outside the organisation.
