Radformation stays true to its roots of wanting to integrate AI and automation into the clinic to improve radiotherapy outcomes, and all employees are hard workers invested in the company's success. Pay and benefits are well within industry norms. Radformation is big on internal promotions and transfers and matching roles to skillsets.

Radformation is still somewhat small, so roles can be ill-defined (although this may be a pro for some people). Stock options are no longer offered.

Brilliant people who love what they do. They genuinely care about people--whether that's the overworked clinicians and admin or the patients facing one of the hardest challenges a person can face, Radformation wants to support and improve their lives. And they're doing it.

Some folks were quite challenging (in that subtle way that can rarely be held accountable), but that seems to be everywhere. There were way more good eggs in the basket.
