When I departed as an employee, executive management chose to engage in a sideshow, accusing me of 'leaving in a huff' in a written email, rather than devoting its executive attention to its reason for existence as a business - winning federal contracts. No executive inquiry as to the departure; just this out of body experience of executive management saying they want to hear employee concerns. This business sprinkles all type of executive titles on people who do not have the bona fides to merit them, nor to exercise the business judgement from decades worth of experience. A month ago, I sent a 401k rollover/cash-out written request to be sent to the 401 service provider. Although promised in email writing it would be submitted the next day, it was not. The 401k provider performs these transactions in 5 business days. Radiant Federal / SCI ITS didn't even have the respect for the employee to promptly process the rollover on the form the Radiant Federal / SCI ITS Executive Vice President required the former employee to complete. The employee actioned the EVP's request to submit the rollover form in 24 hours...so quid pro quo, the business took a month...equality in any way shape or form. The general public/candidates for employment need to avoid Radiant Federal and SCI ITS LIKE THE PLAGUE. They clearly DO NOT know what they are doing, hide key facts from employee candidates, and fully disrespect and abuse employees - this being an example of abuse, setting expectations one way, and negligently acting in another, by NO LESS THAN EXECUTIVE management.

Pros

The management style is great. Communication is consistent and there are multiple avenues to contact people. As busy as everyone is-they make time for everyone who needs a moment of time. No Micro-management when quality work is presented. When mistakes happen, it's addressed and then they move forward. A big focus is making sure anyone underneath you has every possible resource and chance for success.

Cons

It's a global company and sometimes timezones can cause delays that can't be helped.
