Okay company - GSA - Guest Service Agent Radiate Hospitality Employee Review

GM is the best i have worked for in my 10 years in this industry, our OPs team is the best i have worked with, staff members are amazing and hard workers who deserve better.

Corporate needs to get off their high horses and come down and show more care for the staff here on the ground, instead of running this staff on a skeleton crew constantly, allowing us to hire more people is key, Sales director on the corporate level gossips about staff members while guest are around, is toxic towards our team, and expects us to do every part of her job while we do ours as well.

the job is easy but company has too many issues

no teamwork,no communication,no respect,no appreciation,no trust,medical insurance expensive.Supervisor on powertrip,has no knowledge of your job duties.Fast to get rid of the hardworking knowledgeable people yet others stand around(by the security camera) and get paid overtime.
