      Remote work and good teammates

      One of the worst decision in my life. There is a hard mobbing from the boss in public meeting everytime and you have no right to answer him. If you try that you will fired immediately. If you love to hear the mobbing, bad words and bad attitude... absolutely it will be good decision for you Radity.

      you are going to deal with a highly unstable ceo who will gaslight you and micromanage you at every occassion. if you are good, it will not change anything and they'll try to break you down. they'll treat you like an employee but you get "no benefits" contractor position.

      Remote work with constant evaluation and salary increase opportunities

      Cons

      No loyalty where you could be fired at any time. Salaries are relatively low. No benefits, you just get the monthly salary and even pay your own taxes.
