      Pros

      - You can work with international team. - You can work with experienced colleagues. - Tech Stack is ok but they never give you oppurtunity to imrove, even basic pipelines :D

      Cons

      - All C-Level Managers are bad. No empathy, don't know your job and thinks AI knows everything. - Micromanagement. - You have to work with who not understands your job. I was have a senior(developer) to lead me but he don't know how to manage jobs and people. - CEO thinks he is the best but doesn't know anything about the empathy. - They just want to make customers happy, if customer complain about anything the boss can shout you. - Rush everyday.

      nothing really comes to my mind

      Cons

      you are going to deal with a highly unstable ceo who will gaslight you and micromanage you at every occassion. if you are good, it will not change anything and they'll try to break you down. they'll treat you like an employee but you get "no benefits" contractor position.

      Pros

      Remote work with constant evaluation and salary increase opportunities

      Cons

      No loyalty where you could be fired at any time. Salaries are relatively low. No benefits, you just get the monthly salary and even pay your own taxes.
