Shady and at times, unlicensed NMLS agents, Angry hot headed upper management. Employees are pushed to breaking point. No guidance or instruction. No clear direction. Everything is done last minute. Poor time management. Expectation is for employees to be available 24x7. unhealthy disrespectful work environment. Puts up an excellent front with "smoke and mirrors" to hide shady behind the scenes operation.
