      Sails fast(er) in gust. Pay was excellent. Great work life balance during covid WFH.

      Cons

      The galleon gets too crowded for its size. Like Bagoas to Achaemenid, the eunuch is overly empowered that undermines the whole empire.

      You'll work with very smart people, and the environment isn't as cutthroat as certain other quant firms.

      Cons

      People tend to leave when they reach mid-level. Certain people in management can be difficult to work with.
