      It was wonderful to see Radoratiry Technologies growing steadily. I began my career there as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and it was a great foundation for my professional journey. The team was highly supportive, and the CTO, Mr. Faisal, was especially approachable and inspiring to work with. I'm excited to hear that the company is working on new technologies, and I look forward to reconnecting with everyone soon.

      -company gives chances for everyone to step up, try new domains, and stretch their skills. -Working across hardware, software, product, and design gives you a broader perspective and cross-functional learning -

      Cons

      -Teams are given a lot of independence, which is empowering, but at times structured mentorship or senior supervision could make the journey smoother -The pace is fast and expectations are high. This gives a strong startup feel, though sometimes it can stretch personal & emotional balance. Leadership is ambitious and visionary, but now processes are evolving to match the company’s growth.
