Pros
People and working atmosphere are great. What this means is that if you have a great idea, you really stand a change in getting it (and yourself) through (not without an effort on your part, of course). Also, the company consistently delivers on its technical goals.
Cons
In terms of technical and managerial skills (in comparison to other networking technology companies), I've seen better. Still, with idiot/genius factor being < 1, it seems like a good deal.
