Pros

Rafael Pharmaceuticals is a wonderful place to work. In addition to offering an excellent company culture, a welcoming environment, exciting growth opportunities, and great work/life balance, it's an amazing feeling to work for a company that cares so deeply about the mission – saving lives. The CEO in particular shows great compassion, making it clear that helping cancer patients is what motivates him. He also shows great concern for his employees, which I always appreciated.

Cons

Like many pharma companies, they are located in central NJ, so travel to work can vary depending on where you live.

Pros

Some of the employees are good, but don't last long there. Others are 'Yes' men.

Cons

I my whole career, I never left a negative review but I think that you should expect some sort of standard when you go to work in corporate world. Unfortunately, the standard at this company is so low it is non-existent. Where do I start? immediately upon entering the company, you loose yourself with the face of the CEO staring at you. and after that every 30 minutes he is questioning about the your job and the status of your tasks. Its like you spend more time on baby sitting the CEO than the actual work you were hired to do. I don't understand how this CEO can run this company like this into the ground. Overall the shareholders of Rafael are being taken to the cleaners with this constant revolving door of highly paid professionals who can't do their job because the CEO is a train-wreck.
