Worst experience for a first job - Administrative Assistant Raffles Design Institute Employee Review

The pay did not match the responsibilities or workload. The overall support system during personal emergencies was lacking, and communication around decisions were one-sided and dismissive. Additionally, there were uncomfortable moments in the workplace due to inappropriate comments, which contributed to an unprofessional atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience here was one of the worst in my career.
