      Not easy to learn the ropes within the organization, as there is little learning culture there. There is blame culture there.

      - canteen food provided (not halal) - no guidelines to adhere, best to explore various creative styles - central location

      Cons

      - f&b side tend to be controlling on ur designs - non constructive feedbacks by upper management i.e change colour because she doesnt “like it” - no career growth
