      Pros

      Onboarding has been quicker and more agile than I have experienced before. Resources and guidance are handed to you rather than searched for, making for an easier onboarding process.

      Cons

      It can take a long time to onboard with a specific project considering the arsenal of signatures required, but that is outside of Raft. Inside of Raft, there hasn't been any significant cons.

      - Extremely friendly group of engineers, devoid of most typical ego issue - Seemingly flat hierarchy where you can get help from even chief engineers - Excellent Benefits - Extremely interesting work - Flexible Scheduling

      Trial by Firehose can be intimidating

      Pros

      Great people to work with! Great vibes and amazing culture. Fully remote-ish

      Cons

      Fully remote does take away the more interaction with your team. Not to say they aren't open, but there is a difference between just messaging and instantly talking with someone.
