We appreciate all feedback, but we feel it's important to address several claims here that do not reflect the reality of who Raft is. Our culture is built on genuine collaboration, direct feedback, and respect for every Rafter. The notion of an "inner circle" is simply not consistent with how we operate. Some benefits adjustments have been made as we've scaled, but we remain committed to offering a competitive, above-market package for our Rafters.
