      Pros

      Raft puts people first and makes you feel valued! I have not been his happy with a job in several years. My work-life balance is superb, I enjoy what I am doing, my family enjoys the best benefits we've ever had, and pay is excellent. I also look forward to the monthly box of snacks. It's a simple perk, but it speaks to the company's desire to make its employees feel special.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons. This is truthfully the best job I've had in my career.

      - Extremely friendly group of engineers, devoid of most typical ego issue - Seemingly flat hierarchy where you can get help from even chief engineers - Excellent Benefits - Extremely interesting work - Flexible Scheduling

      Pros

      Great people to work with! Great vibes and amazing culture. Fully remote-ish

      Cons

      Fully remote does take away the more interaction with your team. Not to say they aren't open, but there is a difference between just messaging and instantly talking with someone.
