I can't think of one good thing to say about Ragdale.
Cons
- Not allowed to take your full break. - When you say no to overtime the manager ignores you for days or weeks afterwards. Then takes you into his office to tell you your not helping the team or any good because you won't work extra hours. - The manager acts inappropriately. HR know but choose to let it carry on. - HR ignore issues - HR don't support staff before 12pm, so you best hope you don't have any issues before then. - no training. - low pay - always short staffed so it's very stressful - no extra pay for working Christmas, instead you get a pair of socks...
