Cons
There are many cons of Rai University -More politics in higher authority -Management is worst ever -Not provide enough sallary as per UGC norms as well as they cut from sallary in various forms like LTA, Medical etc. and we never get that, it's my personal experience. -Higher level authority people are from out side of gujarat so they never support the staff members who belongs to gujarat -Curriculum as well as examination pattern was like school, no barcode, no Co-Po, how the University runs without it? -If the UGC approved it after the RTI in 2015, why they had not improved the university, definitely it's not valid for NAAC/NBA due to curriculum, examination patyern as well as Infrastructure and number of staff members. -Infrastructure is worst ever i seen before, there is lot of deflection in staffroom as well as in classroom, so it's danger for the people who are working under it. -I can give 0.5 rating out of 5.
